The G2 Fitness Training Program, led by Director of Fitness, Noelle Seman, is a program that maximizes the training and help female junior golfers reach their potential.

The G2 Academy Fitness Training Program:

Assessment Period 

The critical first step in the program is a comprehensive evaluation that includes golf specific fitness screening to determing the body's strength and weakneeses. This is completed every 12 weeks during the school year. This data is used to create the individualized training programs for each girl. 

Resistance Training

G2 girls are student-athletes, the resistance golf specific training prepares their bodies to perform their best during competitive rounds and prepares them for the rigours of College Golf.

Speed and Functional Training

With the use of Gravity Fit and Mach 3 training, our goal with the G2 students is to increase their club head speed, for increased controlled distance added to their game. This training program will also build their endurance.

Flexibility Training

A focused approach to flexibility, Yoga is an integral part of the the G2 Fitness Training Program, with a focus on balance, alignment and symmetry, creating space in teh body allowing for great rotation and increased power.
